We are not booking ear or hearing visits with this method yet. Our front office will contact you after booking to confirm your insurance and registration in our system. Only a limited number of visits are available through ZocDoc – talking to our front desk team is still the best way to make an appointment!
What Insurances Do We Take? We accept all the major insurance carriers, basically all regular commercial insurance. We accept Medicare and Tricare. We do not accept Ambetter or PeachState or other Medicaid plans. We do not accept Kaiser HMO. There are some budget insurance plans that provide access to physician visits but do not cover any non-emergency procedures– It’s sometimes hard to know which these are until we try to file a claim! We can help you file claims to cost sharing programs like MediShare and Solidarity, but require payment at time of service like any other out of network plan (by the way these plans can get pretty dangerous to have if you do land in the hospital with something expensive one day). We will run your insurance shortly after booking the appointment to confirm.
But do you also have fair cash prices for non insured or out-of-network patients? YES. We have a time-of-service fee schedule for patients who pay when treated. When paying at time of service you will get a discount which will make your fee a similar rate as what an insurance fee would be. We ask for a $250 deposit for a new patient evaluation at the time of booking a non-insured visit.
